Logo overlay

For each doubling of scan distance, roughly double the print size. The rule of thumb: the QR should be at least 1/10th the scan distance in width.

Common mistakes that break scannability
- Logo too big. Anything over 30% coverage and older phones fail. Stay at 20–25%.
